E-mail: meloaquaseas@hotmail.com 		I lived at 324 Dart St. KI Sawyer AFB from 1964-1967. We then moved to 618 Talon St. until 1968. I would love to hear from anyone who lived there at that time. Seeing the photos brought memories and tears to my eyes.

E-mail: chuckone@insightbb.com 		This is my third or fourth visit to your website, still can't get enough of Sawyer. I was stationed there with my wife and son from 1975-1982, when we were reassigned to Travis Afb. in Ca. I started in the 410th Jet Shop, then test cell, then dorm manager for FMS. My wife worked for the comissary, then the housing office, lastly at base contracting. During my off duty time, I worked with Chief Gassett, then Kathy Gassett teaching SCUBA diving on base and at the pool at Gwinn High. K.I.Sawyer was the most exciting and maturing experience I have ever had in my life. I will never forget my time there.

E-mail: jpduzan@hotmail.com 		Great site! It brings back many GREAT memories. I was at K.I. from 1973 untill 1975 in AMMS when the AF phased out the Hound Dog Missle. Sgt. Irvin who you will see a couple names down was for a time my First Seargent. Hello Sgt. Irvin. I know you do not remember me, but I remember you. I worked in CS.
I try to get up to the U.P. at least once every couple years. If anyone ever plans a reunion I would love to be invited.

E-mail: jmiller130@130@new.rr.com 		I was stationed at Sawyer from 4-60 to 8-61 as the payroll clerk for the 4042 Strat Wing. I only left to go to Airborne Radar Repair school at Biloxi, and then was supposed to come back to Sawyer, but I got screwed at Keesler and wound up at Clovis NMex with those c***py F-100 leadsleds. When I got out in 64 I moved back to Marquette County and stayed for many years. Moved to Appleton last year but miss the UP to much and am moving back this summer. Hey John Schnackenberg I remember some nights with you and Jim Paff and Jim Pittman out at Melkas camp on Horseshoe Lake. Sure had some good times. We see Jim and Frannie just about every summer. I married Fran's girl freind Barb Kallatsa 43 years ago. If you happen to read this e-mail me. I'll try to do the same ..

E-mail: JckRos1@aol.com 		I thought this site was pretty cool, I was only a little squirt when my family lived at the base(i think I was 4 when we moved to Wisconsin). My dad--Jim Rosenberg was a Ssgnt and worked as the editor of the airforce newspaper--I think. I don't remember very much my time spent at KI Sawyer but we were ther from 1976-1980. The pictures did look familiar. Thanks for the memories.
